Yoga Shala
Our intention is to warmly welcome you to your practice exactly as you are. We seek to provide a sacred space that supports you on your journey through the guidance of inspiring teachers and a full diversity of practice disciplines. As a cooperative of 40 teachers our styles may vary but we all share a common intention: that yoga is a powerful vehicle to heal, inspire and awaken us to our inmost essence.
Healing Arts
Kula is honored to partner with some of our community's most talented healing arts practitioners. The Healing Arts Center at the Shala is dedicated to offering our community a warm and sacred space to experience a variety of truly therapeutic services. Treatments are available seven days per week and are a great option to add before or after your yoga practice. You can read more about the healing artists, services available or book your appointment now at the links below.
Buddha Bar
As a gathering place, the Buddha Bar is inspired by the idea that yoga is a powerful way to connect to our intrinsic nature, so that this may become the platform from which we connect with one another. Inspired by the vintage, renaissance style of authentic coffeehouses the Buddha Bar is all about good company and good conversation. We serve organic coffees and teas as well as healthy sandwiches, salads andsnacks. You'll find an assortment of beverages from tasty kombuchas to hydrating coconut waters and fresh carrot juices.
