Yoga Shala

Our intention is to warmly welcome you to your practice exactly as you are. We seek to provide a sacred space that supports you on your journey through the guidance of inspiring teachers and a full diversity of practice disciplines. As a collaborative of over 40 teachers our styles may vary but we all share a common intention: that yoga is a powerful vehicle to heal, inspire and awaken us to our inmost essence.

Healing Arts

Kula is honored to partner with some of our community's most talented healing arts practitioners. The Healing Arts Center at the Shala is dedicated to offering our community a warm and sacred space to experience a variety of truly therapeutic services.Offering acupuncture, chiropractic, massage, energy work, mental health counseling, life coaching, and health coaching.Treatments are available seven days per week and are a great option to add before or after your yoga practice. Yoga Teacher Training

We host two levels of teacher training each year:  A 200 hour foundational training for new teachers offered twice annually and a 300 hour advanced course for teachers already certified at the 200 hour level.

First Friday of Month: Ecstatic Dance with Marianne Baum. 7:30pm – 9:30pm. Minimum Donation of $10.

First Saturday of Month: Sound Circle + Open Mic with Dakota Dawkins. 7pm – 9pm. Minimum Donation of $10.

Second Friday of Month: Sacred Space Inquiry and Contemplation Dyads with Durga Patricia Carroll. 7:15pm – 10pm. $20 in advance. $25 at door.

Second Saturday of Month: Qoya Transformational Movement for Women with Dana Murphy. 7:30pm – 9:30pm. Minimum Donation of $10.

Third Friday of Month: Medicine Drum Circle with Buckley Griffis. 7:30pm – 9:30pm. $15.

Fourth Saturday of Month: Qoya Transformational Movement for Women with Dana Murphy. 7:30pm – 9:30pm. Minimum Donation of $10.
