Our Teachers

As a yoga teachers co-op, our styles may be different but a common intention permeates our approach to teaching: That yoga is a powerful vehicle to heal, inspire, and awaken us to our inmost essence. This essence is innately free and we share the belief that you can climb a mountain from any side, but at the top all paths converge into this freedom.

Our Kula

The word Kula means cosmic family or community. And it is community that dwells at the heart of our purpose. We are a cooperative of over 30 devoted yoga teachers offering more than 38 classes each week all by donation. In the spirit of Karma Yoga, detaching from the fruits of our actions, we lovingly place the studio in the hands of our students.... Namaste.
