Kula Yoga Shala has partnered with Karma Krew; a yoga-inspired nonprofit organization devoted to mobilizing the energy of the yoga community to participate in community based service projects and yoga classes for the under-served.

Karma Krew is a national organization headquartered right here in Jupiter, FL. Since 2006, Karma Krew has worked to bring various yoga studios together to clean beaches, plant trees, paint shelters, and support families in need. They have also launched ongoing yoga programs in local shelters for abused children, elderly immigrants, runaways, and young adults who have aged out of the foster care system. Weekly "Practice with Purpose" classes are offered at Kula Yoga Shala. 100% of the proceeds from this class will be donated to Karma Krew: A yoga-based 501(c)3 nonprofit focused on mobilizing the collective energy of the yoga community to translate the insights revealed on the mat into community service and activism. This class will be taught by a different teacher from the south florida yoga community each week offering a variety of styles, themes, and personalities with the shared intention of giving back. Karma Krew is headquartered right here in Jupiter and has inspired yoga outreach initiatives in over 100 cities throughout the world.

Kula's Garden Deck Project:

Why deck the halls when you can deck the garden? We are super excited to announce our plans to construct an outdoor deck along the side of Kula spanning the garden to the side entrance into the Buddha Bar. We envision the deck as a multi-use space to enjoy food & friends, relax & paint, and also enjoy some outdoor yoga & meditation practices. We've used most of our resources to build the new expansion so we will be starting a community collection drive to help raise funds to transform the garden deck from a dream to reality.
