Embodied Insight Coaching offers individuals and couples seeking depth work support a uniquely powerful container with an emphasis on self + co-regulation, internal parts work, re-patterning attachment dynamics, and embodiment-based Self inquiry experiences. The Embodied Insight model incorporates a blend of philosophical inquiry, applied polyvagal theory, imago-based relational connection, meditation, and breathwork.
Together we explore the application of these embodiment tools across three lenses:
Me to Me (Internal Parts Work)
Me to You (Relational Pattern Work)
Me to We (Self-Aligned Purpose Work)
If you're curious about the nature of this approach to coaching and would like to learn more, feel free to send me an email to schedule a complimentary discovery session.

At pivotal moments in life, we sense that something deeper is calling—but the way forward isn’t always clear. My work as a coach is about guiding that transition, helping you navigate inner complexity and move toward clarity, integration, and self-leadership.
I bring a multi-dimensional approach to coaching, blending parts work, somatic inquiry, breathwork, and wisdom traditions of Self discovery and transformation with a background in science, leadership, and lived experience. I’ve spent years exploring the nature of transformation—through philosophy, psychology, embodiment, and direct experience—seeking not just understanding, but real integration.
Before coaching, my career spanned scientific research, product development, and executive leadership, where I built teams, launched initiatives, and led organizations through change. I’ve seen firsthand the tension between intellect and intuition, structure and spontaneity, thinking and being. This bridge between disciplines informs my coaching: deep self-awareness, nervous system intelligence, and the ability to take grounded, aligned action.
I work with thinkers, seekers, and those standing at a threshold—people who are ready to engage in meaningful self-inquiry and step into greater clarity and freedom. My coaching isn’t about surface-level solutions; it’s about working from the inside out, integrating the parts of yourself that have been fragmented, and anchoring transformation into daily life.
